The factory has 15 high - speed automatic machines , and equipped with SOLTEC pressure management device , manual welding equipment 40 , injection molding equipment 12, automatic USB welding equipment and other related equipment. In the production process : from the line , peeling , playing terminal , assembly ,visual and instrument analysis and welding crimping always strictly follow the IPC / WHMA - A - 620Bstandard. As a wire harness manufacturer , self inspection , inspection process , test pulling force , 100% manual inspection , 100% electrical performance testing, etc. are done at the same time.
